Is it safe to buy from us?

In our e-shop, the data you provide is used only for the purpose of product delivery. We use SSL certificates (Let’s Encrypt Authority X3) to ensure payment security.

How do I order?

In our e-shop, the process is very simple. Choose your items, then create your basket. In the basket you will see the option to continue with your order or make a payment. On the payment page, enter all the requested details, choose your delivery and payment methods. The goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after the order has been processed. If we do not have the product in stock, delivery takes between 7 and 21 working days.

Do I need an account to complete my order?

Our e-shop is guided by the principles of clarity and simplicity. Customers don’t like having to create and keep logging in to accounts they have already created, so we don’t think accounts are necessary. Every time you place an order, you won’t have to log in or register anywhere to complete the order!

What are the possible delivery methods?

Delivery is chargeable. It is made within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment for the goods, during working hours.

When ordering products from e-shop, the Buyer may choose one of the delivery methods:

  • Delivery to the Meno Materija store at A. Mickevičius st. 17, Kaunas;
  • Delivery to LP express parcel terminals.

Please make sure that you have provided the correct delivery address, postcode and contact phone number so that the postal system can contact you.

Withdrawal deadlines:

If you choose to collect the goods in the Meno Materija store, the goods must be collected no later than 5 working days after the Seller has informed the Buyer by email that the goods are ready for collection. If the Buyer fails to collect the Goods within the time limit or fails to deliver the Goods to the Buyer and the Buyer has not paid for the Goods, such Goods shall be returned to the Seller and the order shall be cancelled.

If the Buyer chooses to collect the goods at a parcel terminal, the goods must be collected no later than 7 working days after the Buyer has been informed by email or SMS that the goods are available for collection. If the Buyer fails to collect the goods within the time limit or fails to deliver the goods to the Buyer and the Buyer has paid for the goods and their delivery, the representatives shall contact the Buyer to arrange another time and/or method of delivery. If the Buyer still does not collect the goods or fails to deliver them, such goods shall be returned to the Seller, the order shall be cancelled and the Buyer shall be refunded the money paid for the goods.

Is delivery abroad possible?

For deliveries abroad, please contact us using the methods listed in the contact section: by email, phone or social media. Delivery abroad can take between 5 and 21 working days.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All available payment methods: electronic banking (Swedbank, SEB, Šiaulių bankas, Citadele, Revolut, kevin).

Can I return the products?

In accordance with the laws in force in Lithuania, you may return the goods within 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by e-mail – info@menomaterija.lt, attaching photographs or a video of the goods and/or the parcel describing the problem.

How can I cancel or change my order?
